We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help build and evolve high-impact software solutions across a diverse set of industries.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python, from data models and business logic through to production deployment.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications, primarily using Angular and TypeScript, translating requirements and designs into clean, maintainable interfaces.
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications on container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, including monitoring and resolving issues in running environments.
- Design, build, and consume REST APIs, including secure integration with external systems and third-party services.
- Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas, write efficient queries, and maintain reliable data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with the team using GitLab for version control, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and contribute to shaping how the team works.
- Implement new end-to-end features as the product roadmap evolves, working closely with other engineers, product, and stakeholders to turn requirements into working software.
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code, and take part in code reviews to help maintain overall code quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Python for backend development, including building APIs, working with databases, and writing testable code.
- Solid experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular; strong experience with another modern frontend framework such as React or Vue is also welcome, as our stack is primarily Angular but we value strong frontend fundamentals over a specific framework.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, including deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Experience using GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, with an understanding of secure API integration practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and comfort working in a collaborative, iterative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across the stack with a degree of autonomy.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain.
- Experience with LangGraph.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Understanding of AI security principles.
- Experience building or working with LLM-based chatbots.
- Knowledge of Java.
