We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to help build and evolve high-impact software solutions across a diverse set of industries.
What Makes This Role Exceptional
- Work on an international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project for an international enterprise client.
- Take a key role in the development and implementation of D365 F&O solutions.
- Improve existing functionality, reduce unnecessary customizations, and maximize standard D365 capabilities.
- Work closely with the client and technical and functional teams to turn business requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Analyze existing D365 F&O configurations, customizations, and business processes.
- Evaluate requirements and Jira tickets from both technical and business perspectives.
- Identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities to simplify or standardize solutions.
- Determine whether requirements should be addressed through standard D365 functionality, configuration, customization, or alternative solutions.
- Participate in client discussions and workshops to understand requirements and business processes.
- Support solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the D365 F&O environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in D365 F&O development, implementation, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Experience with D365 F&O standard functionality, configuration, customization, and development.
- Ability to analyze requirements and propose practical technical solutions.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
