We are looking for a Project Manager for Dynamics 365 F&O to lead and manage ERP projects for our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, monitor, and manage Dynamics 365 F&O projects following the Microsoft Sure Step Methodology. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Adhere to governance guidelines, monitor milestones, support audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Activity Management: Track and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery and escalating delays or issues as needed.
  • Reporting: Generate progress reports, workload forecasts, and KPI analyses for stakeholders using Azure DevOps.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the central interface between internal and external teams, including developers, Functional Consultants, testers, and end users, to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration.
  • Risk and Resource Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining budget control.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional Experience:
    • At least 5–7 years of experience managing ERP projects, preferably Dynamics 365 F&O.
    • Proven track record of implementing projects using the Microsoft Sure Step Methodology.
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O financial modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Project Management, and Bank & Cash Management.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
    • Experience creating reports and dashboards, including progress and workload forecasts.
  • Methodological Competence:
    • Expertise in both agile and traditional project management methods.
    • Skills in resource planning, risk management, and budget control.
