We are expanding our team and seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant – Focus on User Training & Testing to support end-user training and ensure seamless adoption of ERP processes.

Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant – Focus on User Training & Testing

Key Responsibilities

  • User Training: Develop and deliver hands-on training sessions to ensure end users effectively utilize existing and new Dynamics 365 F&O processes.
  • Testing: Plan and execute tests for existing and newly implemented processes, including creating test plans, documenting results, and ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Adoption Management: Collaborate with end users to identify barriers to adoption, develop solutions, and improve usability of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Process Validation: Validate implemented processes, ensuring they meet business requirements in modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Project Management, and Bank & Cash Management.
  • Support for Process Implementation: Assist users in transitioning to new workflows, ensuring smooth integration into daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Trainer, or Business Analyst in the Dynamics 365 F&O space.
    • In-depth knowledge of modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Project Management, and Bank & Cash Management.
    • Proven experience in user training and testing within ERP environments.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O processes and configurations.
    • Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
  • Process Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
    • Experience creating well-structured training materials and optimizing user experiences.
